Job Description

Part of the People & Development team, our Office Manager responsibilities are at the intersection of systems thinking, people support and process efficiency enabling our people to do their best work with organisational responses that when optimised, grows individual and collective success.

The Office Manager provides a strategic function for maintaining clear processes, improving systems and building a kete of workflow tools and organisational nous that help our people thrive.

This role holds space for others to do great work by juggling the logistics, connecting and innovating ways to unlearn and relearn and bringing manaakitana into the everyday.

About You:

You are a big picture thinker and can anticipate and consider the ripple effects of organisational change. You will have a background and experience in office management, organisational systems and project management. You are an excellent communicator and can connect with kaimahi and manuhiri alike. Like us, you will be values driven and understand deeply the benefits of working as a collective. Experience with events management is of interest.
