Job Description
The office of the iwi is based at Te Kura Whare, one of 15 Living Buildings in New Zealand. We are seeking a professional and efficient Receptionist to deliver a credible and positive impression to all those requiring the assistance of the front desk. Our receptionist also provides general administrative duties for the organisation and has a key role to play in the smooth running of the office. Principles of maanaki are at the heart of this role, and is focused on serving our people, our place and our future. This role might suit someone wanting to work school hours, but we are also interested to hear from you if you are keen on full-time mahi also.
About You:
You have experience in hosting manuhiri and are passionate about providing a warm and welcoming experience for manuhiri, whānau and kaimahi. You can back this up with awesome communication and admin skills. You have professional standards, a grunty work-ethic and can juggle priorities when required.
