Job Description

About this role:

This role is integral to Te Uru Taumatua and to the management and leadership of the organisation. This position forms part of the wider Office of the Chief Executive team which has leadership responsibilities to ensure that business support is available to all aspects of the organisation. This role is the organiser and voice of reflection providing comprehensive administrative support to the Chief Executive and Governing Board. From organising Board Packs to managing projects this role is varied and fast-paced.

About You:

You have proven experience providing executive and senior admin support to a CE or similar. You have high levels of professionalism, discretion and intuitiveness. You have excellent communication skills both written and verbal and are capable of hitting the ground running whilst having capacity to learn about the diverse and complex nature of the mahi of the iwi office. You are highly principled, humble and enjoy working for a values and principles driven organisation.
