Partnering closely with the CFO, you'll guide the audit process, ensuring compliance and best practices. Reporting directly to the CFO, you'll foster a cohesive and high-performing team, motivating and inspiring them to achieve their full potential. By driving organisational visibility through insightful financial information, you'll fuel informed decision-making, empower our communities, and contribute to a brighter future for the next generation.

Essential:
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and develop your team.
Proven experience in leading and managing financial operations, including budgeting and reporting.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
Experience in providing training and development opportunities for others.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and best practices.
Experience working with external auditors.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organisation.
Account Technician (AT) or higher with relevant minimum 3 years of experience in leading the Finance unit.
