Job Description
About the role:
The Medical Administrator is responsible for delivering efficient and effective administrative support to the practice team. This role is a crucial component of the practice team and reports directly to the Practice Manager.
The main responsibilities of the Medical Administrator include:
Effective inbox management
Preparation of a range of reports
Processing enrolments
Document management
Claims processing
Desired Skills and Experience
Ideally you:
Have a high level of attention to detail
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
Have strong organisational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently
Are energetic, professional, resilient, and passionate about Tūhoe growth, capability and development.
Have proven experience in a similar role and can hit the ground running
Have experience in Indici or similar software and are highly proficient in the use of all Microsoft Office applications
Have an appreciation and understanding of the unique environment within a Tūhoe context
