Job Description

About the role:

The Medical Administrator is responsible for delivering efficient and effective administrative support to the practice team. This role is a crucial component of the practice team and reports directly to the Practice Manager.

The main responsibilities of the Medical Administrator include:

  • Effective inbox management
  • Preparation of a range of reports
  • Processing enrolments
  • Document management
  • Claims processing

Desired Skills and Experience

Ideally you:

  • Have a high level of attention to detail
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Have strong organisational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently
  • Are energetic, professional, resilient, and passionate about Tūhoe growth, capability and development.
  • Have proven experience in a similar role and can hit the ground running
  • Have experience in Indici or similar software and are highly proficient in the use of all Microsoft Office applications
  • Have an appreciation and understanding of the unique environment within a Tūhoe context
