Job Description

About the role:

As People & Development Coordinator, you’ll provide hands‑on coordination and support across core people and development activities.

You’ll provide coordination and administrative support across a wide range of people and development activities. You’ll work closely with the People & Development team to keep systems, records, and processes organised and responsive.

This role is well suited to someone early in their HR or people career who enjoys being organised, helping others, and learning on the job.

This coordinator role is a strong foundation for progression, where responsibility expands into:

  • Providing advice and guidance to leaders and teams
  • Designing and delivering people and capability strategies
  • Leading core people processes including recruitment, induction and capability development
  • Supporting the culture, wellbeing, and performance of the organisation over time

Desired Skills and Experience

You will bring…

  • Some experience in administration, coordination, or support roles (HR exposure is helpful but not required)
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confidence handling information and records accurately and confidentially
  • A friendly, approachable communication style
  • Willingness to learn and take guidance from senior team members
  • An interest in people, wellbeing, and development at work
